Psycho Charlie has disappeared, but the family tradition continues. Kidnapping beautiful women in order to dance with them, Charlie’s son (Dean Paul) does his father proud! Debbie D, Kassie Karr, Barbara Joyce, and introducing WAVE’s newest sensation, Bridgett, all fall victim to Charlie Jr. when he chloroforms them and then dances with them while they are unconscious.
