ENHollywood Beat is a mid-1980s American television police drama starring Jack Scalia, Jay Acovone, Edward Winter, and John Matuszak. The series aired Saturday night at 8:00 p.m Eastern time. A pair of undercover cops, Nick McCarren (Jack Scalia) and Jack Rado (Jay Acovone) cruise the filthy, neon-lit streets of Hollywood, looking for crime in all the right places as rock music blares in the background.
